This site is about knowledge and ideas. The theme of this site is "keeping the flame of knowledge burning." The name of this site, Lex Naturalis, means "Natural Law" in Latin. Natural Law theory is based on the idea that there are some things that are always right and some things that are always wrong. One of the founding principles of this site is that knowledge is the foundation of freedom. Some things can be known by nature, but other things must be studied. An ignorant population is a population that is easily controlled. An enlightened population is a free population. There is far too much apathy and ignorance in the world and it is the goal of this site to try and address that problem.
